It is chaired by the Principal and Vice Chancellor and made of the academic staff and honorary professors. Its main committees are Academic Affairs Committee (AAC) and Research Committee (RC). The former oversees Examiners, Student-Staff Consultative, and Student Recruitment and Admissions sub-committees; and the latter oversees Library and Information Sub-Committee.
